Spa Booking Etiquette: Bookings need to be made at least 24hrs in advance for individual treatments and 1 week in advance for spa parties.

Payment Policy: A 10% deposit upon time of booking (non refundable) paid through Paypal. Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance in order to receive a refund. Once the spa services have been confirmed we are unable to refund last minute cancellations or no-shows.

Gratuities: If you are pleased with the service it is standard etiquette to give a gratuity of between 15% and 20%. On parties of 5 or more a 15% gratuity is added to the final invoice.
